Super Hippodrome
Super Hippodrome is a very clever horse racing scratchcard that can be played online at Scratch2Cash. What makes it so clever is the fact that it features a virtual horse race every time you play, and the suspense this creates as you wait to see if you are onto a winner almost makes it feel like you’re betting on the real thing!
The Super Hippodrome game allows you to play anything from 1 to 8 scratchcards at a time, and you can choose to pay anything from 50p to £10 for each of your cards (or play for free for fun only). As with most Scratch2Cash games, the more you spend on your Super Hippodrome cards, the bigger the prizes are, so if you buy a 50p scratchcard you can win up to £5,000 and if you buy a £10 scratchcard you can win up to £100,000.
You will notice that the Super Hippodrome game screen is divided into two main sections. The bottom section is where your scratch panels will appear and the top section is the Super Hippodrome itself (one definition of a hippodrome being ‘an open-air course for horse racing’). Select the number of cards that you want to play and the amount you want to spend on each card and then press the Play button. When you have done this your selected cards will be scratched and you will see that each one shows eight different horses in finishing order of 1st to 8th.
Now the fun begins. In the top half of the screen those eight horses will race from left to right, and if the finishing position of any horse on one of your Super Hippodrome scratchcards matches the actual finishing position of the same horse in the top screen, you win a prize. The more horses that match the right finishing positions, the more you win, and if your scratchcard panel has all eight horses in the correct order you will land the Super Hippodrome jackpot!
We love this game, and not just because of the big money that’s on offer. The Super Hippodrome racing animations and sound effects (including racing commentary!) really provide a fun and entertaining horse racing experience that all online scratchcard players must try at least once.
