The Spring Bonus online scratchcard shows a meadow that has a circuit of spaces, some leading to rabbit holes, some marked by stars and some occupied by chicks or eggs. A die is located above a pond in the middle of the meadow. On the right of the scratchcard are nine rows of symbols in silhouette. Each row of symbols is associated with a different prize amount, from £2 to £70,000.
You play the game as a rabbit who starts at the bottom of the meadow. Click the die to roll a number and your rabbit will move that number of spaces as he makes his way around the meadow. If the rabbit lands on a space occupied by a chick or an egg then a chick or egg symbol will be illuminated on one of the prize rows on the right hand side of the card, as appropriate. Collect three chicks or three eggs in a game and you will win a cash prize.
If the rabbit lands on a space that is connected to a rabbit hole then it will disappear into the hole and emerge a few seconds later with a symbol – for example, a butterfly. Any silhouette of that same symbol on a prize row will be illuminated. Light up all of the symbols on a prize row to win the prize associated with that row.
If the rabbit lands on a space that is marked with a star then you get to play a mini-game. We won’t spoil the fun by describing the mini-games that are available, but we will tell you that they all have a suitably springtime theme.
