Shut the Box
Shut the Box is an instant win game at Mecca Games that will appeal to any scratchcards and instant win fan who likes to feel fully involved in the game. Shut the Box is based on a traditional pub game and involves a box containing nine tiles numbered 1 to 9 and two dice. The aim is to roll the dice, turn over the tiles that add up to match the total on the dice and then roll again. If you can remove all the tiles you can shut the box. However, if the total on the dice can’t be used to close any more tiles, the game is over.

• First, set your stake by clicking the left and right arrows at the bottom of the screen – use the left arrow to reduce your stake and the right arrow to increase it. When you have finished, click CONFIRM.
• Now roll the dice to get your first total.
• Next, select the tiles that you want to close by hovering your cursor over one of them. For example, if you have all nine tiles available and you roll a total of 7 you could hover over 3 to close 3 and 4, over 5 to close 5 and 2, and so on.
