This Funky Monkeys scratchcard game can be played at Mecca Games. It is a simple nine-panel scratchcard which takes six different monkeys and puts them in a seventies-style disco band. The Funky Monkeys scratchcard has two main sections. The left hand section shows the nine scratch panels, each featuring the Funky Monkeys logo, which is a silhouette of an afro-haired monkey wearing flared trousers. The right hand section of the card is occupied by the Funky Monkeys pay table. This shows the six monkeys that you will encounter in the game, and each monkey is associated with a different multiplier figure. The multipliers are x1, x2, x6, x12, x200 and x2000.
As with most nine-panel online scratchcard games, your job in Funky Monkeys is to scratch each of the nine panels to reveal the monkey hidden underneath. You will hear a brilliant popping sound every time you click a panel, and if you get three matching monkeys then you win the prize associated with that monkey. For example, if you get three monkeys that are associated with the x200 multiplier and you have staked £5 on the game, you will win £1,000.
When you achieve a winning combination the three matching monkeys will spring to life and demonstrate their musical prowess for your listening pleasure. Each of the six monkeys plays a different musical instrument, so the demonstrations will vary according to the prize amount that you have won.
