Freezing Fuzzballs
Freezing Fuzzballs is a wintery online scratchcard at Ladbrokes Casino, but instead of symbols being hidden behind scratch panels, a variety of symbols (the Fuzzballs of the title) are imprisoned in large ice cubes. The game is very cutesy and boasts a great winter wonderland backdrop that includes fir trees, a snowman and a warm cabin. The ice cubes containing nine Freezing Fuzzballs appear in the foreground on the right hand side of the card. On the left hand side of the card are the six Fuzzballs that feature in the game, and each one is accompanied by a multiplier figure.
You can bet anything from 50p to £10 on each Freezing Fuzzball game, and the top prize is 2,500 times your stake if you reveal three Fuzzballs with a x2500 multiplier. Select the size of your bet by clicking the Stake arrows up or down, then click New Card to generate a new Freezing Fuzzballs scratchcard.
When the new online scratchcard has been generated, you can click the ice cubes on the right of the card to melt the ice and reveal the Freezing Fuzzball hidden underneath. You are allowed to click all nice ice cubes, and if you get three matching Fuzzballs then you will win whatever multiplier is associated with that particular creature. If you want to melt all of the ice cubes at once (and thereby speed the game up) then you can do so by clicking a Reveal All button at the bottom of the card.
Although this is technically a straightforward nine panel online scratchcard game, the animation of the ice cubes melting whenever you click on them makes it more interesting from a visual perspective. Audio is also good, with the sound of ice melting accompanying each click.
When you get three matching Fuzzballs then the creatures in question will come to life and do a little jig as they celebrate their freedom. The corresponding creature on the left hand side will also join in the celebration dance. Your prize is calculated and added to your account balance automatically.
