Bingo Bonanza
Bingo Bonanza is a great online scratchcard at Hopa that combines traditional scratchcard fun with the equally entertaining game of bingo. The Bingo Bonanza gaming screen is dominated by eight bingo cards. Each of these cards is a separate game, so you can play anything from one to eight cards at a time (this is a similar approach to the one taken in Hopa’s Super Hippodrome game). Select the amount you want to spend on each card (the jackpot ranges from £5,000 to £200,000 depending on how much you spend) and number of cards that you want to play. That done, press the Play button and your chosen bingo cards will be revealed.
At this point the bingo machine at the top of the Bingo Bonanza screen will start spitting out bingo balls, each with a different number. If any of your cards have that number then the card will be marked. You need to get a horizontal line on a card to win a prize, and the amount you win is determined by how many balls were drawn when the win took place – the earlier a win takes place, the more you win!
As in a regular game of bingo, there are 90 balls in play in Bingo Bonanza, and 60 are selected at random in each Bingo Bonanza session. One in three cards is a winner at Hopa, so don’t be surprised if you play all eight cards and get several winners among them – it happened to us twice in a row!
We like the fact that Bingo Bonanza generates the numbers at a steady rate, because this means each session lasts just under a minute. However, if you’re the kind of person who hates waiting, you can click a Turbo button and the Bingo Bonanza balls will be drawn faster, making a typical session last around 40 seconds.
