Fairground Fortune is a superbly entertaining online scratchcard game at the National Lottery site. The Fairground Fortune online scratchcard initially displays a sign showing the six games available, and you can play any three of them in any order you wish. Here’s our whistle-stop guide to each of the games you have to choose from…
Rollercoaster – Here you will see a rollercoaster that has five Prize stars at different points along the track. At the bottom of the rollercoaster is your car, which begins with a question mark on the side. Click the question mark to reveal your colour and then click any three of the five stars. When you have done this the car will go around the rollercoaster and reveal the coloured prizes hidden under the stars you have selected. If you reveal the same colour as your car then you win the prize stated.
Carousel – This is a traditional fairground carousel that shows five golden horses with a Prize panel beneath each. At the top of the carousel is a question mark, which you should click to reveal your colour. You can then click on any three of the five horses to reveal the prize associated with each. If you reveal a prize that matches your colour then you win!
Big Wheel – A big wheel shows eight carriages, and several of these have a cash prize amount painted on the side. You get to spin the big wheel three times and if the carriage that stops at the bottom after each spin has a prize amount on it, you will win that prize.
Fortune Teller – Pay a visit to the fortune teller’s tent and you will see five fortune-telling cards face-down, as well as the obligatory crystal ball. Click the crystal ball to reveal a special astrological symbol and then click any three of the cards. If any of the cards reveal the same symbol as that given by the crystal ball, you win the prize associated with that card.
Coconut Shy – This game gives you a chance to win by throwing balls at coconuts. Click the Winning Symbol area at the top of the game to reveal the symbol you need to get, and then click on any three of the five coconuts to have a shot at it. If any coconut reveals the same symbol as that shown in the Winning Symbol area then you win.
Haunted House – Last, but certainly not least, is the Haunted House. This rickety building has five windows, each with shutters. Click on three of the windows and if you see a ghost hiding behind any of the shutters you will win the prize associated with that window.
In addition to all of this, it is possible to collect several fairground tokens in each of the games that you play. Collect four of these in total from the three games that you play and you will win yourself an instant cash prize as a reward.
